OUR PROCESS

We strive to keep things in order and professional - and require all clients to follow our process. When booking any of our services, see the steps below in which we will conduct business.

  • This is required! We want to know who you are, understand your needs and determine if we are the best fit for your project. The questionnaire will be emailed to you after you send a. initial inquiry

  • After we have reviewed your questionnaire, we will send you and email to schedule a brief call phone to outline your needs in more detail.

  • Once we have determined that we are a good fit, we will send you a proposal/agreement to electronically sign, and an invoice to pay online. Deposit must be paid in full before any services are rendered.

  • During this time we will begin to develop and design your project. Schedules may vary.

  • At this stage, we will send you files or previews of our work - during which we will request feedback and make the necessary edits. *Number of edits are limited.

  • Once everything is approved, and balance is paid in full - we will deliver/release the final project/design.
