Create a Business Page
As crazy as it sounds, I've had clients and expo exhibitors who are running their business through a Private Instagram page and personal Facebook pages. And wondering why they aren’t getting sales and why people aren’t supporting their business. 🥴
Well, it’s because they aren’t showing up online the “right way.” It doesn’t matter if you run a small local shop or a big national company. Social media is an essential piece of your business marketing strategy. It takes a few seconds to create a business social media page.
HOW TO SWITCH YOUR PERSONAL INSTAGRAM TO A BUISINESS ACCOUNT:
⚡ Go to your profile and tap Menu in the upper right corner.
⚡ Tap Settings.
⚡ The Switch to Professional Account
⚡ Tap Account.
⚡ Tap Switch to Professional Account.
‼️ If you are migrating from a Business profile, to "Creator" (to keep the option to use music) choose Switch to Creator Account. Select a category. ‼️
⚡ Tap Continue.
⚡ Select a Category for your business and tap Done.
⚡ Tap OK to confirm.
⚡ Tap Business.
⚡ Tap Next.
⚡ Add Contact details and tap Next.
⚡ Connect your business account to a Facebook Page
⚡ Tap X on the top right corner to return to your profile.
HOW TO CREATE A BUSINESS FACEBOOK PAGE:
⚡ Go To Facebook.com.
⚡ On the left-hand menu > choose Pages + Create New Page.
⚡ Enter your Page name and choose up to three categories.
⚡ Enter Description of your business
⚡ Add images & logo
⚡ Choose a username and assign a Call To Action Buttons (CTA)
⚡ Edit & Add your Page info
⚡ Create your first post
⚡ Invite people to like you page
and Voilà (wallah) !!! ✨
