FOOD VENDOR FORM
READ ALL THE DETAILS
The last day to apply is July 28, 2023
To participate as a food vendor in the Black Luxe Expo, food vendors MUST complete the application below. To limit duplicate menu items offered at the expo, it is important that you provide all the required information. Due to growth, it has become necessary to change the way food vendors are selected. This process will allow the expo to provide an array of food options to our attendees.
NOTE: Completing this application DOES NOT automatically approve you as a food vendor.
HOW IT WORKS:
Once you submit the food vendor application, you will receive an “APPLICATION RECEIVED” notification via email.
The received notification DOES NOT mean your business has been approved for a food vendor space.
If approved you will receive an “APPROVED” email along with the direct link to pay the non-refundable food vendor fee.
If approved, you will have 48 hours to complete the official application and pay the vendor fee. Failure to do so will remove you from the approved status.
If you are not approved, you will receive an email with an explanation.

PERMIT GUIDELINES
Food Vendors may be required to obtain a Temporary Food Establishment (TFE) Permit if the Guilford County - Health Department determines that your food truck, trailer, tent, etc requires a one-day permit to make, serve and sell food at the expo. And responsible for paying the appropriate permit fees.
Food Vendors will not be compensated or reimbursed for any additional fees such as permits needed on the day of the event.
If a TFE permit is required, the food vendor will be notified via email.
If a TFE permit is required, a health inspector will perform an inspection of the food truck/unit to determine if it’s in compliance with the Regulations and pre-approved menu.
NOTE: the event host does not have anything to do with or make any decisions about food vendors that may require a TFE permit.
