The Black Luxe Expo is a free indoor trade show festival and the largest Black Owned Business Expo in High Point, NC. This year, we anticipate over 4,500+ attendees - showcasing hundreds of small start-ups to established black-owned businesses and community resources from across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, Tennessee, and Maryland. There will be live performances, music, shopping, giveaways, food trucks, a kid’s zone, and more!

Expo Show Rules:

The media will check in at the registration table to receive a media pass.
Press badges must be worn at all times.
No pets allowed. Only licensed service animals are permitted at the expo.

Requests for accreditation will only be considered by submitting the online form below.
Please designate one person in your media outlet/brand to complete this application for all working media personnel, on behalf of your organization/brand.
We define “Media” as freelancers, journalists, photographers, editors, or producers who have a verified editorial assignment to cover the expo for a recognized media outlet (print, online, radio, TV) that generates original articles or reviews about the expo.
We reserve the right to deny anyone a media badge, at any time or for any purpose.
Eligibility is subject to approval based on outlined criteria for eligibility.

Freelance Photographers & Videographers

All freelance photographers/videographers are required to submit final photos and videos of the event.
