• Premier advertising will begin on July 3, 2023.

• Weekly promo, highlights, and social media features

• One high-quality professional video is produced to highlight your brand, products, and service.

• Access to one-on-one support with host, and resources.*

• Video marketing on social media & event websites. (must provide additional video + photos)

• Permanent placement on our Instagram & Facebook page (average over 1K+ views)

• The business name and logo will be listed in our newsletter reaching thousands of subscribers.

• The business name and logo will be listed as a premier business on the main event page.

• Business names will be mentioned in the press releases and media interviews.

• Please note that we can not control if the news/press will air or include certain information that is submitted or said in an interview.

• The intro video must be submitted by Friday, July 7th. 

• All files must be uploaded to your google drive folder.

Video Submission

As a premier exhibitor, you are required to submit a short intro video (30 seconds or less) using the following script:

"Hi, my name is Whitney. I am the owner of Black Luxe & Co., which is a social impact and design studio located in High Point, NC. And I am so excited to be a premier exhibitor at the Black Luxe Expo! Come see me on Saturday, Sept 9th at the High Point Theatre, from 2-8 pm! I can't wait to see you!" 

Additional Details

• FYI: Relax, have fun, and show off your personality!

• Include your name, business, location (city, state), and what you sell or do.

• Specifically say: "..and I am a premier exhibitor at the Black Luxe Expo"

• Good lighting

• No music in the background

Though not required, you can also include additional videos, such as:

• Behind-the-scenes footage

• Product demonstrations

• Video Footage of your table setup

• Videos of your Products
