After completing the checkout process you will receive instant access to the templates. You can download it directly from your order page and you still receive a copy of your files via email for future reference.

+ Do I need a Pro Canva account to edit the elements?

Nope, you don't need a pro Canva account to edit the templates. We have designed the templates carefully to make it available for both the free and pro accounts. However, we highly recommend upgrading your account to take advantage of all the features available in Canva.

+ Are the images included?

In most cases yes. Most of the images used have a CC0 license. Meaning they allow to be shared. However, you can still replace them to match your branding and use preferred images.

+ What can I customize?

Everything! You can update the fonts, images, text, color, logos, size, anything and everything that you need to make it fit your brand.

+ What if I need help customizing the template?

We will answer and assist with any questions you may have. Feel free to send us an email at marketing@blackluxeco.com and our team will get back to you as soon as possible. However, we will not manually customize anything for you.

+ Can I get a refund?

Sorry, due to the digital nature of this product, no refund or exchanges are available. All Sales Are Final.
