+ WHAT PLATFORM DO YOU BUILD WEBSITES ON?
All websites are designed using Squarespace. If you aren't currently using Squarespace but want to move forward with our web design services - your website will be moved and transferred to the Squarespace platform.
+ WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO MOVE MY WEBSITE PLATFORM?
You will have to seek another web designer.
+ WHAT DO I NEED TO GET STARTED?
We ask that you have all of your content ready and available. We required that all clients provide all content, product/services description, high quality product images, headshots, and other photos ready before starting this process.
+ WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE MY CONTENT READY?
Additional fees will be applied if you hire us for copywriting. Please note that we highly recommend that you have this information available, as it may delay the launch of your website.
+ WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS AVAILABLE?
We can refer you to local photographers in NC (Triad Area) that can provide you will professional branding photos (additional fees apply). Or you can outsource your preferred photographer to assist.
+ WHY DO I HAVE TO HIGH QUALITY PHOTOS AND CONTENT READY BEFORE STARTING?
We want you to show up online professionally and ready to book clients and as an expert in your industry. It’s in your best interest to have the best photos and captivating content that will represent your business.
+ CAN I ADD A STORE TO MY SITE?
Sure! Adding a shop to your package can be added for an additional fee. During the strategy call we will discuss your needs in more detail and based on the inventory upload the fee will be quoted accordingly.
+ PAYMENT PLANS
Yes! We have payment plans. 50% of the total balance is due upfront.
